Privacy Policy

LVI Ventures LLC ("LVI Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Alpha's Fitness mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using Alpha's Fitness, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address and password, when you create an account. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us in plain text.
• Workout data, including workout types, exercises, sets, weights, goal and actual reps, and cardio metrics (duration, speed, incline, resistance, distance, level) that you log.
• Body weight entries that you choose to log for a given day.
• Weekly goals, including calorie targets, target median body weight, and whether you've indicated you're cutting or bulking.
• Username, if you choose to set one. Usernames are unique and, if set, are shown publicly on the in-app leaderboard along with your total workout count. If you don't set a username, you appear as "Anonymous" on the leaderboard.
• Profile photo, if you choose to upload one.

Information collected automatically: We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track your location. Firebase, our backend provider, may automatically log limited technical diagnostic information (such as crash reports) as part of operating its infrastructure; we do not access this for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Store and display your workout history, goals, and statistics back to you
• Compute and display your position on the public leaderboard (username and total workout count only)
• Let you recover access to your account
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. What's Public vs. Private

Almost everything you enter into Alpha's Fitness is private and visible only to you. The only information about you that other users of the App can see is:

• Your username (or "Anonymous" if you haven't set one)
• Your total number of completed workouts, as shown on the leaderboard

Your body weight, calorie goals, cutting/bulking status, exercise history, and profile photo are never shown to other users.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use Firebase (a service provided by Google LLC) to provide authentication, database storage (Cloud Firestore), and file storage (Cloud Storage) for the App. Firebase processes your data on our behalf and is bound by Google's own data processing and security commitments. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use any other third-party data processors at this time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account from within the App (Profile → Delete Account), we permanently delete your workout history, exercise library, profile information, username reservation, leaderboard entry, and profile photo. This action cannot be undone.

6. Your Choices

• Access and correction: You can view and edit almost all of your data directly within the App.
• Username: You can change or clear your username at any time from your Profile screen.
• Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile screen.

7. Children's Privacy

Alpha's Fitness is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below so we can delete it.

8. Data Security

We rely on Firebase's security infrastructure and enforce access-control rules so that your private data (workout history, body weight, goals, exercise library) can only be read or modified by your own account. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Users

Your information is processed and stored on Firebase's servers, which may be located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
