By accessing or using Alpha's ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our mobile application, AI chatbot, or coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Alpha's provides digital tools and services focused on personal development, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered chatbot guidance
• One-on-one coaching services (Alpha's Advisors) — coming soon

All services are provided for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only.

3. No Professional Advice

Alpha's does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental health or psychological therapy
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

All information, whether provided via chatbot or coaching, is general informational guidance only and not a substitute for licensed professional services. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

4. User Responsibility

By using Alpha's, you agree:

• To use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner
• Not to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Not to rely solely on the platform for major life decisions
• Not to misuse any features, including the chatbot

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your behavior, interactions, and outcomes.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Alpha's. We reserve the right to deny access at our sole discretion.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases and subscriptions are final unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
• For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy
• Refunds outside of Apple's policy may be issued at our sole discretion

7. Coaching Disclaimer

Alpha's Advisors (1:1 coaching):

• Is not therapy, counseling, or clinical guidance
• Is based on general advice and personal experience
• Does not guarantee results or outcomes

Your results depend entirely on your own actions and circumstances.

8. AI Chatbot Disclaimer

The Alpha's Algorithm chatbot:

• Is powered by third-party artificial intelligence (Google Gemini)
• May generate inaccurate, incomplete, or generalized responses
• Does not have full context of your personal situation

You agree you will not rely on chatbot responses as definitive or professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Alpha's, including but not limited to branding, chatbot design and logic, and written content, is the exclusive property of Alpha's Algorithm and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at alphasadvisors@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha's and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Emotional distress
• Relationship outcomes
• Financial loss
• Decisions made based on our services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha's and its founders from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with others, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
